Product design stage
Pre-tooling communication and diagonosis allow us to eliminate major design defects so we do not have experience significant delay or issues after tooling,which would lead to a good amount of time and money wasted. Moldflow analysis and through communication between the designer and us is essential to our mutual success.
Mold design stage
Professional mold design avoid potential part defects, instead of fixing afterwards. There are 3 procedures in mold design. The kick-off meeting discuss and decide the mold strategy; the designer implement that strategy and come out with design documents; The design director check the design in details and sign off for starting of the tooling.
Manufacturing stage with strict procedures
Procedures in all manufacturing process minimize operation errors; All the machining works are required to follow the engineer drawings only, step by step.Electrodes and mold cores/cavities are required to examine.
Quality check stage
Quality standards and check is necessary to ensure massive produced parts stay the acceptable quality category
Modification and improvement
Improvement and modification is necessary in many cases, especially when the client want to change something in their side to accommodate some part.
